Four to five months after Retreat II, you will review how your life and practice have changed since you began ASP. You will then present your complete ASP to the other doctors, spouses and teams. This high energy event is more than the foundation of Retreat III; it's the springboard from which all future goals are achieved.

You'll complete a second self-assessment, this one illustrating how your life and work have changed since beginning ASP. You'll present your organization's ASP for feedback, insight and refinement and learn advanced concepts in ASP and strategic marketing to position your organization to outdistance the competition and be a market leader. You'll learn more about Strategic Business Modeling and an effective goal-based, win-win incentive compensation system. We will also teach you how to create a Balanced Scorecard to quickly monitor and insure implementation of your ASP. If not already done, objective champions will be assigned from your team to lead the action team. Finally, you will celebrate having achieved something only a few elite practices have: a true Applied Strategic Plan.

Doctors/Professionals and their spouse or significant other and all other Stewards or potential Stewards of your dental practice.

While you do not have to attend all three retreats, keep in mind that this is a series of retreats, each building on the one before it. With Retreat I, we're confident you will gain a great overview of Applied Strategic Planning; if you feel you are capable of soloing from there, you should be able to complete the process. However, the critical Stewardship of Wealth financial strategy is not presented until Retreat II, and what you also miss from not taking ASP II and III is the built-in accountability and our help developing and implementing your plan. Over 95% of Retreat I participants complete the entire series. Please reserve the dates for the other retreats so you'll have that option.

Total investment for the entire ASP Series is $10,713 USD. The fee for Retreat I is $3,900 USD. Half ($1,950 USD) is due as a deposit upon registration and the other $1,950.00 USD is due September 4, 2008. In addition to the two payments for Retreat I, a fee of $757.00 USD is due each month for nine months beginning in November.

Best Payment Option: Prepay for the entire ASP Series prior to Retreat I and save over $535 USD - a full 5%. This comes to $10,177 USD for the entire program.

Lodging and meals are not included in this fee. Retreats are held at the beautiful “The Crossings at Austin.” The cloistered setting in the Hill Country is conducive to meaningful reflection and intensive, but joyful work in a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food and comfortable four-star rooms and cottages provide the perfect backdrop.
